📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly and professionally.,Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify sales opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the automotive industry.,Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to travel and work outside the office as needed.
