📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets using SAP and other financial software.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present financial analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
• Provide financial support to business units, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial targets are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in using SAP and other financial software, including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in financial planning and analysis (CFP, CPA, or similar) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
