• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven track record of leading a successful culinary team.
• Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software (e.g., Toast, Aloha).
