📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-level technical support to customers experiencing issues with FTTH and telecommunication networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network problems using tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, and Wireshark.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Document and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams for further resolution.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new services and technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in FTTH and telecommunication technologies.
• Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, preferably in the telecommunication or IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH and telecommunication networks.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, and Wireshark.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
