📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.,Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback.,Assisting in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.,Coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Managing and resolving employee concerns and issues.,Assisting in the development and implementation of departmental strategies.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.,Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
