📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure financial efficiency.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
