Cincaria is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our Manufacturing and Logistics Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes and logistics operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement quality control measures, and continuously improve our quality assurance processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough testing of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for manufacturing and logistics processes.,Identify and investigate quality issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them effectively.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior QA team members on quality assurance best practices and procedures.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality of incoming materials and products.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance.,Report on quality metrics and performance to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on manufacturing and logistics.,Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, standards, and methodologies.,Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or other relevant certifications.,Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
