Sentosa Prima Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address financial issues and concerns.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
