📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Area Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
• Develop and manage promotional activities to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.
• Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software like SAP or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
