📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate the development and implementation of ACP and Palliative Care services across Indonesia.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Develop and maintain service development strategies aligned with national healthcare policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, policymakers, and community organizations to drive service innovation.
• Ensure compliance with national healthcare regulations and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of service development initiatives on patient outcomes and care delivery.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of service development projects.
• Represent the Agency For Integrated Care at national and international conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service development, healthcare policy, or a related field.
• Proven track record in coordinating and implementing service development initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of national healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and tools such as EPIC, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Certification in Healthcare Management or a related field is a plus.
