As a Construction Manager (PVD & Ground Improvement), you will lead a team of engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects using advanced techniques like PVD and ground improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of PVD and ground improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project timelines, and budget constraints.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control to maintain project standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate design and construction phases.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions for challenging ground conditions using PVD and other ground improvement techniques.
• Train and mentor junior team members to enhance technical and leadership skills.
• Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders, including investors and clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PVD and ground improvement technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in PVD and ground improvement projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other construction management software.
• Certification in PVD design and implementation (e.g., PVD Specialist Certification).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
