Salon Sari Mart is looking for a dynamic and experienced Department Head to join our team in Kembangan, Jakarta Raya. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a department, a strong understanding of the retail industry, and excellent leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and profitability.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at trade shows, meetings, and other industry events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a department and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
