📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Monitor departmental performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events as required.,Any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects.
