In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cashiering process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to all customers,Ensure the cashiering process runs smoothly and efficiently,Manage cash drawer and ensure accurate cash counts,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area,Assist the cashier in training new employees,Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashiering or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling,Familiarity with basic accounting principles,Ability to work well in a team environment,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken,Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
