📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and estimation process for interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinating with designers, estimators, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients, including design concepts, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Providing guidance and support to junior team members.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to promote our projects and services.
• Maintaining accurate records of project expenses and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in interior design or construction, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
• Proven experience in project management and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of interior design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction practices and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
