As a Finance & Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining the financial health of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
