As a Programming Teacher at Timedoor Academy, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that introduce kids and teens to the world of programming. You will use a variety of teaching methods and tools, including Scratch, Python, and other age-appropriate programming languages, to make learning interactive and enjoyable. With your passion for technology and education, you will help students build a strong foundation in programming, preparing them for future careers in tech.

• Design and deliver engaging programming lessons for kids and teens using age-appropriate tools and languages such as Scratch, Python, and others.
• Create a fun and interactive learning environment that fosters creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement new teaching strategies and materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in educational technology and programming.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the academy.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Assist in organizing and participating in school events and activities to engage students and build community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching programming or a related subject to kids and teens.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Scratch, Python, and others commonly used in educational settings.
• Experience with educational software and tools, such as Code.org, ScratchJr, and others.
• Certification in teaching or education, such as TEFL, TESOL, or others, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
• Ability to create and manage lesson plans, assessments, and student progress reports.
• Passion for technology and education, with a commitment to inspiring the next generation of coders.
