📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Support administrative tasks, such as document management and scheduling
• Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities
• Support the HR team in data entry and reporting tasks
• Provide administrative support to the General Affairs department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest and knowledge in HR practices and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday)
