PT Wana Dinamika is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a commitment to helping our employees and the organization thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing and benefits administration.,Handle employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs for employees.,Support the HR team in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid work permit for Bali is a plus.
