PT Bukit Putih is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory as per purchase orders.,Prepare and process outgoing inventory for shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate.,Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage and retrieval processes.,Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and working with suppliers to resolve issues.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Flexibility to work hybrid schedule (office and remote).,Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
