📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that meets customer expectations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
