As an IT Helpdesk & Network Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and providing technical assistance to employees across the organization. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that our network infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues
- Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring uptime and reliability
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and software
- Document and maintain detailed records of all technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network security measures
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of IT systems and tools
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT helpdesk and network support roles
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus
- Proficient in using network management tools such as Wireshark, PRTG, and SolarWinds
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
