In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software,Maintain and update IT systems and networks,Monitor system performance and ensure uptime,Assist with IT projects and initiatives,Document IT processes and procedures,Provide training and support to new employees,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting,Familiarity with IT security best practices,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
