PT Wisesa Oryza is looking for a dynamic and friendly Junior Receptionist to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome.,Check guests in and out, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.,Answer and direct guest inquiries, and provide information about the hotel's amenities and services.,Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and available.,Assist with front desk operations, including handling payments and issuing receipts.,Monitor and manage the reception area's security, including ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests and staff.,Assist with any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hotel management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
