📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and other documentation for restaurant management systems.,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and clarity in technical documentation.,Review and edit documentation to maintain consistency and readability.,Assist in the development of training materials for new staff members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical support to staff members by answering questions and resolving issues related to the documentation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of documentation processes.,Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Good understanding of restaurant operations and management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
