📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive legal reviews and audits to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert legal advice on complex regulatory matters, including environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all operations align with international and local compliance standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, providing strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
• Manage and mentor junior legal staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Ensure that all legal and compliance activities are documented and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Certification in compliance or risk management is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft 365 for legal and compliance documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
