📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of PMM professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional executive content and experiences.,Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align our PMM efforts with overall business goals.,Identify and address customer pain points to improve our products and services.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our PMM processes and offerings.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our PMM team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.,Mentor and develop the skills of team members to ensure they are well-prepared to handle the challenges of the role.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in a PMM or similar role, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.,Deep understanding of the technology and financial services industries, with a focus on executive customers.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful PMM strategies.,Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making and improve processes.,Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
