📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the HR field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
