Sehati Hana Mart is looking for a talented and motivated Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and strategies.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives and make data-driven decisions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure the effectiveness of business development strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
