PT Mitra Antar is seeking a dedicated and efficient Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a well-organized inventory. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including opening and closing procedures,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service,Maintain a well-organized inventory and stock levels,Handle cash transactions and manage sales registers,Assist in merchandising and display of products,Monitor store performance and report any issues to the supervisor,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store operations,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Ability to lift and move heavy items
