📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted marketing and customer engagement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and healthcare industry is a plus.
