📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and feedback.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.,Manage branch budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within a financial institution.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
