Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute commercial programs that align with Thermo Fisher Scientific's strategic objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial programs, from planning and launch to execution and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Report on program performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial program management, preferably in the scientific or healthcare industry.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market penetration.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
