📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the entire payroll process, including processing salaries, bonuses, and other employee payments.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including tax information and employment history.,Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.,Resolve payroll-related issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.,Generate and analyze payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.,Ensure the accuracy and security of payroll data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in payroll software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
