📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and baking of various bread and pastry products.,Maintain and clean bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor and adjust dough and batter recipes for consistency and quality.,Assist in the daily production schedule and meet production targets.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.,Learn and adapt to new baking techniques and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience in baking or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a bakery technician or similar role.,Good knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Passionate about baking and committed to delivering high-quality products.
