Crown Silver Abadi is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a proven track record of optimizing warehouse efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and that our products are stored and shipped efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and that our products are stored and shipped efficiently.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
