Novexx Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing and a passion for quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.,Monitor and control production parameters to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Perform routine inspections and maintenance of production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.,Document production processes, quality control results, and maintenance activities in a timely and accurate manner.,Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.,Participate in shift work and overtime as required to meet production targets and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.,Familiarity with pharmaceutical production equipment and processes.,Ability to work well in a team and follow safety protocols.,Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and be available for shift work and overtime.,Valid work permit for Indonesia is a plus.
