You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that will help us attract and retain clients, as well as managing the project lifecycle from inception to completion.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our civil construction and interior design projects.
• Manage the project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure that our projects are both aesthetically pleasing and commercially viable.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the civil construction and interior design industry.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the development and implementation of project budgets and schedules.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the civil construction and interior design industry, and apply this knowledge to our projects.
• Represent PT Gadi Persada Abadi at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and project management within the civil construction and interior design industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Ability to travel both locally and internationally as required.
